Do you have experience with inbound sales?
We have exciting opportunities for driven and ambitious Sales Agent's to join a well established and growing business based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
As a member of the Inbound Sales team, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, negotiations and quotations. Developing new and existing accounts whilst working in a relaxed and motivating environment, helping continuously shape the future of the business as a key member of the team.
Benefits
- Basic salary is £25,000 to £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for inbound enquires and outbound sales calls to existing and potential new customers.
- Ability to achieve personal and department targets, working collaboratively and proactively to ensure target is reached.
- To assist with the implementation of department sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide basic technical assistance and recommendations when required.
- Maintain and update customer relations management system.
- Maintain and increase the conversion rate of quotations to orders.
