Global 32 UK Property Management Ltd. is an estate agent based in New Malden.At Global 32, we strive to deliver comprehensive and professional services in sales, lettings, and property management service to buyers, sellers, landlord and as well as tenants.

We are looking for a great, highly motivated and confident candidate to join our team as a sales & lettings estate agent.

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying new tenant applicants.
• Arranging viewings and appointments.
• Providing regular feedback to tenants and landlords.
• Negotiating new tenancies.
• Setting up of new tenancy applications.
• Obtaining regular client feedback and testimonials.
• Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
• Helping build up our lettings brand and creating business.
• Assisting the property management team on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as an lettings Estate Agent
• A positive person, can work multi-task, under pressure
• Be self-motivated
• Skills in negotiation and persuasion
• A confident and outgoing manner

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
