The Telemarketing Sales Representative is an experienced, self-driven professional who is sales oriented, with a passion for the medical spa industry. Knowledge of medical devices, facial treatments and skincare are required. The ideal candidate has remote sales rep experience, knowledge about the med spa industry, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Top-notch customer service is essential to maximize the conversion of leads to retained clientele. Licensed Esthetican preferred.
Responsibilities
- Works efficiently and independently, self-starter
- Manage online inquiries from email, text, phone calls and social media.
- Reach out to leads via call and text to optimize the schedule.
- Schedule and change appointments accordingly
- Provide accurate information including credits on account, membership details, current specials, service details, etc.
- Consult and clear clients to prepare them for their treatment.
- Appointment confirmations
- Participate in team meetings to help achieve company goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Benefits: Work from home
Experience level: 2 years
Shift: Day shift from Monday to Friday. Saturday is a must, unless the day is requested off.
