We’re looking for four permanent, full time Carpenter, to carry out and assist with all trade related tasks as a Carpenter working as (but not restricted to) part of a customer focused responsive repairs team.

Flagship Services is a forward-thinking organisations, ensuring that Flagship properties are repaired, adapted and refurbished to a high standard.

Salary: £28,501.61

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Patch based, per role, covering some or all of the following areas: Norwich, North, South, East and West Norfolk.

Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work. A company vehicle will be provided.

In this role you will be responsible for the effective delivery of Carpenter duties this will include the following:

· Responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all Carpentry duties, including all associated works within both occupied and Unoccupied properties.

· To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively maintaining our company ‘Flagship services’ approach towards our customers.

· To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

· You will be managing customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with our Operations Centre.

· From time to time, if requested, to act as a mentor to trainees/apprentices to encourage and support their development.

· Providing out of hours support on a rota based system. Additional pay be incorporated for this.

· To undertake any other duties as required by the Group from time to time, if these duties are of a greater level of responsibility or skill that those required in the post, then full training and appropriate supervision will be provided.

· The ability to work flexible hours if requested, to meet the business’ needs and demand.

· Take responsibility for all transport, equipment and mobile phone devices issued by Flagship Services and ensure that they are kept in excellent condition and secure at all times.

· Take personal responsibility for own Health, Safety and Welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace.

Tools and Uniform/PPE will be provided.

Essential Requirements:

· Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.

· Trade-specific qualifications OR a proven track record to reflect appropriate trade experience with Carpentry.

· Good understanding and knowledge of basic Health and Safety.

· A good knowledge property repairs and experience of property maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a Trade environment.
