Business Sales Manager
Salary - £45,000 - £70,000 + uncapped commission
Location - Bristol, full time
At GDS Group, our sponsorship sales team is the engine that drives Digital Event portfolio. We are seeking a qualified Business Sales Manager to help keep our revenue engine running. Our ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the full sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

Objectives of this Role
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Research clients’ needs and identify how our solutions meet them
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance, and projecting future performance.
- Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
Your responsibilities
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands client base and extends global reach
- Speak with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
About you
- 3-5 years sales experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle from plan to close
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Superb leadership ability
- Positive and energetic style
- Great communication skills
- No degree required
