Recruitment Consultant.
As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment.
You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
This is an opportunity to work for a team who are sector experts in the Highways and Transportation industry, with over 35 years of collective experience.
You will be working in the incredibly busy London market, working with some of the biggest names in the space to secure experienced talent.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
- Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
- Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
- Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
- Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
