Job Title: Franchise Sales Representative

This role is pivotal in our expansion efforts as you will be responsible for recruiting and facilitating new store openings within assigned Freshslice Development Zones. Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Freshslice Development Zones, including recruiting and interviewing potential franchisees, identifying suitable locations, and overseeing new store openings.
- Promote and uphold the Freshslice system, emphasizing its value and benefits to prospective franchisees.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, where everyone is inspired to excel.
- Ensure adherence to operational and training systems, maintaining consistent standards across franchises.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Exhibit excellent supervisory and organizational abilities, effectively managing multiple projects and tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with diverse employees, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.
- Proficiently use Windows OS and MS Office Suite to manage franchise development activities.
- Work full-time hours, embracing the operational and training system requirements.
- Possess a valid driver's license, own a car, and have a cell phone for business use.
Qualifications:
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record in sales, preferably within a franchise organization.
- In-depth understanding of franchise development processes and strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Freshslice system and the ability to effectively communicate its advantages.
- Commitment to operational and training systems, ensuring consistent implementation and success.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Strong supervisory and organizational abilities, effectively managing teams and project timelines.
- Proficiency in using Windows OS and MS Office Suite to manage franchise development tasks.
- Ability to interact easily with diverse employees, building positive and productive relationships.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, car, and cell phone for business use.
