WORKING HOURS
Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm – paid lunch breaks (45 minutes)
JOB SUMMARY
Manage all daily operational branch business to include managing a small branch team
Work closely with the branch team and local tradespeople to identify and develop sales opportunities.
Quickly resolving any customer issues providing strong management of existing accounts
Prepare and follow up quotations and process relevant paperwork.
Promoting our expanding product range, drive customer sales and maximize margins.
Meeting and greeting customers into store, and at the counter.
Providing customers with information such as stock availability, pricing, and lead times.
Dealing with telephone / email enquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per year
