Micro-management is NOT a thing here. If you need motivation, attention, pat on the back, or are in any way high maintenance don’t apply. If you do well without management, you will fit well.
Part timers make $40k to $60k annual. Full timers make more than double. The job is to acquire new clients by calling Loan Officers offering “Private Trust Fund Money” for borrowers that do not qualify for a traditional loan.
The “Financial Distress Remedy” is for homeowners that are denied access to their equity. We pay Loan Officers an origination fee for a Private Trust Fund Loan with a proven system to qualify for a traditional REFI within 24 months for another origination fee.
Loan Officers typically have more borrowers denied than are approved. These "denied" borrowers can now pay them an origination fee now and another origination fee in 24 months.
