Job description
Get involved in all aspects of sales and account management, affecting the sales performance of the business. Deliver excellence in new client generation activities, new client business development activities and account management, nurturing and developing client relationships in order to grow Monthly Recurring Margin (MRM).
Key Responsibilities include:
- Manage prospecting activities into target accounts, leveraging social media, phone, and direct mail.
- Support direct marketing efforts and develop technical expertise to provide strategic IT consultation.
- Foster relationships with clients and prospects, driving the execution of agreed IT strategies.
- Deliver services as per client's Support Contract, promoting client retention & growth.
- Act as a point of escalation for service or contract issues
