Sales Executive (Start Dates - 19th June / 3rd July / 24th July)

Your duties
You will reaching out to customers that have enquired through clients site regarding switching utility tariffs (Broadband, Gas, Telephone etc). Your day to day will consist of managing the customer experience, handling queries & offering various tariff options to these customers on behalf of our client who is a well known household name within the market. Managing these calls to best represent the client brand will be key within this role, whilst also being focused on providing the most appropriate solution to each individual customer.
Experience
Previous customer service experience within transferable industries (Food & Beverage, Retail, Sales etc) is essential, you must demonstrate an enthusiasm for the delivery of a fantastic customer experience. Empathy, understanding and the ability to control conversations is important. Any experience in sales and or utilities would be beneficial.
Pay
£10.42 per hour
£24,000 per annum (minimum sales targets achieved)
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum (realistic over achiever)

Working Hours
Full time (Minimum of 37.5 hours per week)
Current Working Hours: Mon - Fri (10:30 - 18:30) *Subject to change*
Operational Hours: Mon - Sun (08:00 - 20:00) *Shifts to fall within these hours*
Start date – June 19th 2023 10:00am (Training)
Full training is provided by our team and our client
Where will I be based?
Office based – must be able to commute to North End area (Portsmouth & surrounding area)
