Customer Success Executive

We are looking for an ambitious Customer Success Executive to work closely with the Head of Customer Experience and the Customer Success Manager, who are supportive, hands on when needed and role their sleeves up type of leaders to support the team in the day to day.
As a Customer Success Executive, you'll focus on optimising client touchpoints. You’ll be the main point of contact for long term valued customers and new ones too, and you will provide training sessions and dedicated support on the core systems.
Here’s what the day to day looks like for the Customer Success Executive
- Training and supporting existing customers on the core products
- Onboarding new customers and managing the customer journey
- You’ll be the main point of contact for long term valued customers
- You will provide training sessions and dedicated support on the core systems
- Communicating customer feedback between internal teams
- Manage customer logs, escalations and find resolutions for any customer challenges
- Working closely with the Customer Success Manager to keep customers happy and deal with any queries or requests
Skills Required:
- Excellent verb al and written communications skills
- Professional attitude and excellent telephone communication skills
- Extremely strong customer service and listening skills
- Be driven by getting outcomes for customers and having passion and care towards your customers
- Be enthusiastic and dependable
- Previous experience in a customer service environment

Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
