We are looking to recruit an exciting role for the ideal candidate. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering an outstanding level of service, is professional and has drive, energy and enthusiasm. You will work within the showroom in a customer facing role, dealing with customers over the telephone, providing customer service and aftercare that is second to none and maximising sales at every opportunity.
You will be responsible for:
Serving Clients, customer care. Bathroom Quotes, Kitchen Quotes.
Ordering goods for jobs.
- Ensuring we maintain high standards, creating and maintaining a loyal customer base and providing a first class service.
- Assisting with the general duties within the Showroom such as serving customers in the showroom, answering calls / emails and ensuring the housekeeping standards are maintained in the showroom and store.
At least 1 year’s experience of the Bathroom & Kitchen industry is essential. Kitchen cad Drawing preferred but not essential, training will be given.

Hours - 44 per week average made up of Mon-Fri and every second Saturday
Trading Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Sat 10am-4pm
