Sales Executive
Hybrid working between Midhurst, West Sussex, GU29 9HE and home
Full time and permanent, Monday - Friday
Salary
· OTE £26,400+ (£22,000 basic plus open ended commission)

Dexam is an award winning innovative supplier of kitchenware and giftware to the retail trade. We develop and bring to market product and ranges for our own Dexam brand as well as for licences including Kellogg’s, RHS, School of Wok and Scion.
The Role
Your role will be to build relationships with existing customers and grow their accounts, while identifying new opportunities with but not limited to online, traditional high street and out of town retailers. You will need to work closely with several other areas of the business, including the marketing department and the purchasing executive.
What we are looking for!
We are looking for a dynamic individual who is results driven and is self-motivated to succeed in this role. You will need to have a strong work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude, as well as a creative mind to come up with new ways to sell our fantastic products! You will need to be a real people person and have the ability to build relationships with your customers.
Sales and product experience will be beneficial but not essential as training and guidance will be given. You will though have a willingness to learn and the ambition to grow the role.
You will need a Full UK driving license and you must be comfortable with numbers.
