Full-time - Permanent
Custom Shower Bases is a fast-growing Manufacture of Custom Shower Pans. We sell our bases online exclusively to people in Canada and the United States and ship the bases across North America.
Your role would be to manage New and Existing customers within your assigned Territory.
Although our company is continuing to grow and most of your leads are generated from online interest, follow up and cold calls will be part of your role.
Some Construction experience is an asset as some customers questions revolve around unique circumstances in their renovation and ensuring the product will fit properly.
We will provide training on our products and the frequently asked questions we experience.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is a dedicated, self-directed and can take the leads and provide them with exceptional customer service from start to finish. And because we are a growing company, there is potential for substantial commission sales.
· Previous Commission Sales required.
· Strong verbal and written Communication and customer service skills are a must.
· High Level of proficiency with the internet and computers is a must.
· Ability to learn 3D Drawing software is an asset.
· Benefits are available after 3 months.

· Possible pay range can be between $4,000 - $15,000+ depending on sales.
