Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking an exceptional Head of Manufacturing Quality to join our highly skilled and dynamic Manufacturing Operations team. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Guildford or Coventry, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you will do:
Develop and align our quality culture with our manufacturing partner
Review existing Manufacturing quality processes and define and implement new processes with our partner where required
Define the product quality maturation plan and agree its implementation with our manufacturing partner
Lead quality issue resolution and reporting within FORSEVEN for Manufacturing-related issues
Lead quality improvement initiatives and actions with our manufacturing partner
Manage the implementation of the vehicle software download system and feature content implementation with our partners. Agree the feature validation plan with Engineering for any testing required at the manufacturing plant.
We would like you to have:
A degree qualified, certified or chartered Engineer who thrives on bringing high quality products into series production
Experienced in successfully leading a Manufacturing or Plant Quality team in either the automotive or aerospace sector
Someone with a strong collaborative approach, able to embed Quality across all activities and partners
You have a ‘can do' attitude and are always focused on achieving great results
Able to travel frequently
