Job Description: NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
· Through our direct marketing program, you will establish new accounts as well as upgrade existing customer to provide them with Home Automation and Protective Services
· Explain to customers the benefits of being able to utilize the Google/ADT space to manage their homes.
· Work directly with the Sales Manager to organize advertising activity in the assign area to ensure you are utilizing our Area Management philosophy.
· Provide daily updates of market penetration and future sales activity in the area.

· You are goal and action oriented.
· Fast learner. We have an extensive training program to ensure your success, but you need to be willing to take the necessary steps to learn the material. You can take complicated stuff and make it clear, actionable, and relevant to your customer.

· High ethical standards. We are A+ and accredited with the Better Business Bureau. We expect honest communication with all customers and other associates within the organization.

Compensation:
A competitive base salary will be offered based on experience during your initial training period. A very lucrative bonus structure will be included above the base compensation. You can expect to average $5000-6000 per month after your training period. Our top Professionals made over $125,000 last year.
We are looking for leaders and will be willing to train the right individual to grow within our organization. This is a true 6 figure opportunity.
Additional Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License and reliable form of transportation.
· Clean criminal history. We will be getting you licensed with the state of California
· Flexible work schedule including evenings.

Pay: $950.00 - $1,400.00 per week
