Conduent opened a Customer Engagement Center for a world-famous automotive brand specialized in electric vehicles and EV Mobility. Our new Customer Engagement Center supports customers on queries they have on the car and the service that our client provides.
We are looking for Spanish speaking candidates who have a passion for providing great customer engagement on both the conversation and the excellent service, in all encounters that customers have with the Customer Engagement Center.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide remarkable customer engagement experiences,
- In the conversations with customers and/or prospects you will promote our client and the services that provides,
- You will identify purchase options to support vehicle and related services sales,
- Support customers to purchase a vehicle or related services on the e-commerce platform,
- And, of course we have set KPI’s so that we can show our excellent service as a team.
What you need to have
- Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship,
- C2/C1 level of the Spanish and B2 level of the English language is a requirement – the assessment of the Spanish language is conducted by an external vendor,
- For the training you will need to be available up to 2 weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM,
- After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday,
- Customer orientation and at least 1 year work experience in sales.
