Sales Executive
This is an exciting opportunity in a soft sales role for someone who is motivated to make excellent commission in an ethical way. The most important part of the role is to have exceptional product knowledge to best support the learners we are looking to help.
Base + Commission should surpass £30,000 in this role in your first year. This is not an over ambitious sales target, it is a minimum a good candidate should expect to make. As the commission is uncapped those who perform well will earn more than £30,000 in year 1. Our commission structure also means that you start earning bonus from your very first sale.
Please Note: We do NOT cold call, ever! All outbound calls are to people who have expressed an interest in the service and need our support.

We are looking to hire someone who is enthusiastic about sales and the remuneration that successful selling can bring. With an uncapped commission structure and a company that is generating more leads than it can process currently, there is huge potential to capitalise on this growth whilst also making a positive difference to peoples lives.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be processing qualified leads which we acquire through submission forms on our 25+ educational websites. You will be corresponding with learners primarily on the phone and live chat but also following up on email. Therefore it is essential that you have strong written and spoken communication skills.
On a typical day you will make 100-150 calls and speak to 50 different learners, both inbound and outbound calls, with an average customer converting into a sale usually within 24 hours. Some leads will take a little longer and others may take a few weeks or even months. Being organised and scheduling in your call backs will be essential to maximise your bonus potential. There are both individual and team bonuses to work towards with additional benefits on top of the extra pay.

We do not advocate hard sales tactics and you shouldn't need to do this as the service sells itself, we just need to speak to and inform as many potential learners as possible highlighting the benefits of our service.
