An exciting Finance Manager role has arisen at a well-established award-winning Tech company. The firm operates in the fintech space and is growing quickly and so now need a hands-on and well-rounded finance manager who is available at very short notice.
This role has lots of autonomy and offers good commercial exposure and will suit someone recently qualified from a financial accounting background. This is a great career development opportunity as you will learn and subsequently manage FP&A and be active in budgeting and forecasting and extensive financial analysis. The company offers hybrid working and excellent benefits along with a strong ESG policy.
You will need to be immediately available / on very short notice to start in August 2023.
Job Duties
- Preparation of Financial Statements for multiple legal entities
- Audit management
- Monthly consolidations with subsequent commentary and analysis of financial performance
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Cashflow management
- Management of the Fixed Asset register
- Team management
- Process improvements and enhance the use of finance systems
- Finance lead on ad hoc projects both within the UK and globally
Skills and Experience
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA eqv qualified - finalist or strong QBE profiles may be considered
- Good financial accounting is essential (Management accounting can be developed)
- Team Management experience
- Strong communication skills
