Sales Representative - Self-Employed
We are looking for an experience Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in B2B sales and lead generation to join our great team! We are a recruitment agency, your new role will be lead generation and prospecting for new clients, selling our recruitment services to them, negotiating fee's along with keeping relations with existing clients for future business. This is a uncapped commission based self-employed/contractor position for the first 6 months, with the possibility of a full-time contract on offer.

Essential Functions:
- B2B sales
- Manage a sales pipeline
- Prospecting for new clients and keeping relations with existing clients for future sales
- Gathering basic information for client contracts and sending info to the Director
- Negotiating fee's and upselling our recruitment services
- Updating client prospecting data onto our systems
Skills Required:
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Proven successful experience in B2B sales is essential
- Excellent lead generation and cold calling skills
- Strong researching skills
- Professionalism
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Excellent time management skills required; ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
- Must have own laptop/computer and reliable internet access/wifi and own phone
