Job Summary
Due to our expanding Group, Speedwell Kia Exeter are looking for Car sales executive to come and join our friendly family run team.
As a member of our sales team, you would be required to have:
- Previous experience selling in the motor trade or similar environment.
- A customer focused attitude with experience of delivering incredible service in a customer facing role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Drive and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- The drive to exceed targets.
- A full driving license.
Your day could include:
+ Demonstrating the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product through test drives.
+ Agreeing the price and payment method and any finance arrangements with the customer directly, working within company guidelines.
+ Positively participating in training and development opportunities to assist the Group in achieving its aims and objectives.
+ Liaising with Sales Administration to ensure product availability fits with customer's expectations, places the order, updates customer records and schedules any complementary Services/additional work to be completed on the vehicle before the delivery date.
+ Ensuring that each delivery is followed up with a personal call to check if the customer is happy.
+ Planning and organising own daily selling activity – for example by telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing customers or general enquiries) to obtain new business.
+ Works with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless service to customers.
You will be required to work weekdays and weekends on a Rota basis and provide cover where needed.
As a Sales Executive you will receive a guaranteed basic salary with a competitive commission structure and company vehicle.
Training in our processes will be provided along with ongoing coaching and support to ensure you maximise your potential.
