THE COMPANY
Cladco Profiles is a rapidly growing family business in the composite decking, cladding and industrial roofing markets and we are looking to add a motivated, dynamic sales executive to our team. Cladco Profiles has been trading for the past 5 decades but has more recently become a nationwide market leader in its products and are now recognised throughout the UK by both trade and retail consumers. As part of our ongoing expansion plans, we have acquired premises in Andover and are now further expanding our sales team.
THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced professional Sales Executive to join our team, as a Sales Executive you will be expected to take inbound sales calls and enquiries, send quotations to customers and follow up their enquiries to progress them to orders. You will also be expected to maintain relationships with regular customers and conduct face-to-face sales with customers in our showroom.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
· No formal qualifications required
· Previous sales experience is essential
· Confident and articulate
· Strong IT and organisational skills
· Self-motivated and target driven
· Pro-active and flexible in approach to sales
· Excellent communication skills
Working hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday with overtime required/available on Saturdays on a rota basis. This is an office-based role based at our premises in Andover.
Starting salary for the role is £36,000. This can rise quickly for the right candidate once in the role.
There will be a minimum 1 to 2 week fully funded training period at our premises in Okehampton, Devon. You must be willing to be away from home during the week for this period.
