Luxury Bridal & Evening wear Sales Consultant– Female – Knightsbridge

With a flagship showroom in London’s Knightsbridge and independent stockists around the world we are renowned for creating exquisite, hand crafted bespoke gowns from our specialist studio in the United Kingdom. With 30 years of history dressing some of the worlds most discerning clients from celebrities, dignitaries to foreign Royals, the brand is renowned for excellence.

We are currently recruiting for a talented bridal & evening wear sales consultant who is commercially minded with a proven track record in delivering successful results. The role will be based at our prestigious Knightsbridge boutique in S W 3.

The Role

If you enjoy building relationships, styling women, have an appreciation of luxury fabrics and a deep sense of style, coupled with a very good understanding of excellent customer service within a luxury sales environment, then this is the career for you.

Responsibilities and duties

· Building client relations and providing best-in-class service for our VIP clients

· Leading one to one styling appointments using you knowledge to give expert advice

· Working towards set goals and objectives both within a team and independently

· Working with the designer and the team to identify new design trends

· Understand and deliver the Caroline Castigliano brand values

Requirements

· Recognized degree in fashion, textiles or similar

· Good understanding of bespoke garments (bridal not essential)

· Understanding of the factors influencing customers making a luxury purchase

· Excellent personal appearances with impeccable manners

· Commercially-driven with a proven track record of delivering results

· Team player with a positive attitude, who enjoys working within a busy and thriving environment

· Excellent written and oral English and mindful of different cultures

· Basic knowledge of C R M systems to support the sales function

· Experience of one-to-one selling in (any) luxury brand environment (desirable)
