Sales Lead
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the products that meet their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven sales experience
- Ability to workwithin a team while being self motivated
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
