Bela Recruitment is currently seeking a Field Sales Representative (Mobility & Cycling Products) for a company based in Lisburn, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities
· This is a field based sales job, which requires you to be technically proficient using cycling tools, so previous experience working with bicycles is essential, either as a cycle enthusiast, in your private life or from working in the cycling industry.
· Products can be manufactured to suit individual needs, therefore attention to detail and accurate note taking are essential as part of the sales process.
· You will sell a wide range of cycling and physiotherapy equipment, including gym, rehab and other high value mobility equipment. Training will be provided.
· Demo products, advise and educate clients, helping with product assessments, product setup and reviews.
· Conduct fault finding diagnosis and repairs of your portfolio with clients.
· Deliveries, collections, and handover of products.
· Increase sales in your target territory, ensuring the highest standards of quality, customer satisfaction, professionalism, and compassion.
Requirements
· Min 3+ years Field Sales Experience, ideally selling products which require a demonstration.
· Proficient in bicycle repairs and tuning gained from either sport or working in the bike or mobility sector (further training will be provided).
· May also consider people who are experienced using tools in other sectors, eg lawn mower sales/servicing, repair work, mechanical, working on cars/motorbikes etc
· Strong Customer Focus, Planning and Organizing Skills and Attention to Detail.
· Full clean driving license, aged 21+ for insurance (may accept some points, call to discuss)
· Able to pass an Access NI Check as working with vulnerable children and adults.
· Must be physically and mentally able to carry out daily duties.
· IT Literate in MS Office.
Rewards
Salary in the region of £25000 - £35000.
