Beaumont Recoveries is a family run debt collection company with over 30 years’ experience in the field. We have existing clients nationwide from a variety of industries. We pride ourselves on the success we achieve through negotiation.
We are one of the UK’s most successful debt recovery services. We have an exciting opportunity available for someone to join us as a Sales and Marketing team , we’re looking for a motivated, professional and ambitious individual to join our team in Leeds.
This area of the business is fast paced, challenging and subject to continuous change and development.
Who will you be?
- Previous experience working in a sales type role is preferred
- Excellent communicator - both writing and over the telephone.
- You must be comfortable working to targets (Opportunity to earn performance based commission on achieving those targets)
- Must be able to have conversations at various levels with customers on both inbound and outbound calls
- You must be a good negotiator and a strong problem solver
- Good rapport building skills with Customers & Clients.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Be able to communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
