Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Salesperson to join our remote sales team. As an Enterprise Salesperson at VorroConnect, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with large enterprise clients. You will leverage your industry expertise, consultative selling skills, and relationship-building abilities to engage key decision-makers and position VorroConnect as the preferred communication and collaboration solution.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, identify, and target large enterprise accounts for new business acquisition.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business needs, challenges, and pain points.
Articulate VorroConnect's value proposition and tailor presentations to highlight the benefits for each prospect.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers.
Lead engaging product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the unique features and functionalities of VorroConnect's platform.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with lead generation campaigns and drive brand awareness.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both VorroConnect and the client.
Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to sales management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to communication and collaboration solutions.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in enterprise sales within the SaaS industry, preferably selling communication or collaboration solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, ability to navigate complex buying processes, and close large deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a knack for building trust and credibility with key decision-makers.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Ability to work remotely and independently, while also collaborating effectively with a distributed sales team.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $100,000 per year.
Performance-based bonus structure, with the potential to earn up to an additional $50,000.
