Founded in 2005, we operate an upscale studio in Mississauga, that creates stunning one-of-a-kind paintings for families. Our clients spend from $2000 to $20,000 on our paintings, and our track record is unparalleled - this is a lucrative position! ABOUT THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients through their fine art selection and sales process, managing sales orders from invitation to production processing, hosting, and engaging with a wide range of subjects both virtually (online and through the phone), and in-person. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate the ability to interact thoughtfully and strategically with clients, educate clients on products, engage in client communications, assist clients in investing in their fine art, and produce a fantastic overall client experience in a manner that adheres to our company's brand and experience guidelines. Candidates will be required to demonstrate creativity and social interest in engaging with a variety of subjects, including highly affluent clientele.
- You will be responsible for the revenue of the company, both inside & outside
- Inside Sales: You will be helping clients select and purchase their art pieces, this is a well defined scripted process with proven success
- Outside Sales: You will be building partnerships with businesses in the GTA (local travel required)
- Some weekend availability is mandatory
- This can grow into a director role at which point you will need to be comfortable cross-training in all departments to step in for the photographer, host & administrator as a back up
- You will train & develop salespeople and assist the admin team with the subtle persuasion involved in booking clients in
- You'll identify challenges or issues and find innovative ways to solve them

Responsibilities: The role requires excellent sales and communication skills
- Assist clients through their sales journey & manage the sales process
- Assist clients of all types with their experience with their visit; creating excitement
- Sharing product knowledge & overcoming price objections
- Responsible for communicating with clients (call, text, and emails)
- Liaise with our team (photographers, client concierge, third parties, etc.)
- Hold reasonable expectations of work quality and social skills
- Experience, interest, and ability to engage with people of all types
- Be self-motivated and flex your creativity with guest entertainment and interaction.
- Complete administrative tasks with leads and clients (e.g., calls, emails, managing portrait sessions, etc.)
- Work with Google Suites updating various charts/spreadsheets, organizing data, and updating the database with notes
- All team members are crossed-trained and may occasionally assist with other tasks
