State of the Art facility undergoing a further £2.3 Million Re-Fit over the next 12 months to include a full canteen and independent working spaces. Fantastic office atmosphere with daily incentives and prizes for each deal completed.
Guaranteed commission earning for the first 12-month dependant on experience with uncapped commission structure. Top achievers are earning £60,000 - £70,000 a year.
The Role
Our trailblazers are key to the success of the business. The more business you win, the more money you earn!
You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to business owners and management, building initial rapport, and truly gaining an understanding of their business requirements, creating a valuable initial relationship. While introducing what we do as a business and creating an opportunity for the business development team to sign up new clients to have access to our amazing portfolio of services. All while making money at every step along the way.
What are we looking for in a Sales Trailblazer?
- You will have some sales experience. Either in a F2F or a Phone background and be keen to progress your sales career.
- Be a strong communicator and a personality that shines over the phone. We pride ourselves in our relationship building and want you to positively contribute.
- Be ambitious and be driven to succeed.
- Have resilience and confidence to learn from any opportunities and develop your skills.
- Have the ability to work in a target-based environment and be hungry to push for over achievement to stand out from the crowd.
- Driven to earn in a role with fantastic commission potential and be driven to earn career progression. The need to be the best!
