To supercharge the Management Team's efforts, we need your support in:
Driving store targets and objectives, such as occupancy levels, sales per square foot, insurance income, merchandise sales, and customer service.
Ensuring a thorough understanding and consistent adherence to the Sales and Marketing brief.
Maintaining the highest Store Standard, ensuring all staff members grasp and uphold it.
Implementing and adhering to all policies, procedures, and routines, while swiftly handling all requests and returns.
Maintaining an unwavering focus on surpassing customer expectations and boosting sales through proactive store marketing.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As part of the Management Team, your role will involve:
Sales – Going above and beyond to maximize sales and seize every opportunity for growth. It's vital to put the sales process outlined in the Sales and Marketing brief into practice with every inquiry and potential customer.
Standards - Upholding the highest Store Standard by diligently following daily, weekly, and monthly routines and cleaning schedules.
Marketing - Enthusiastically implementing the store's marketing plan as outlined in the Sales and Marketing brief. Always champion the advantages and benefits of choosing Magenta to both business and residential customers. Foster and nurture professional relationships with related businesses.
Customer Service - Ensuring the entire store team is fully dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding customer expectations and putting them first.
Staffing – Assisting in the development and management of a competent and efficient team, enabling them to carry out their duties with competence and accuracy.
Cost Control - Supporting efforts to ensure the store operates within the allocated cost budgets. Strict adherence to company procedures is essential to minimize customer debt.
Security, Health + Safety - Creating a safe and secure environment for both our valued customers and staff members. Collaborate with the Store Manager to complete store audits, comply with all legal requirements, and promptly address any maintenance issues. Report any concerns to the Operations Team without delay.
Compliance / Administration – Upholding strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and routines outlined in the store operations manual. Maintain accurate records and filing systems as per the office layout plan. Successfully implement and sustain new initiatives.
Working Hours:
To maintain an exceptional standard of customer service and deliver on key accountabilities, occasional lone working may be required.
Part-time team members are expected to work 20 hours over a 7-day week. Days and hours may vary depending on the rota structure.
