Senior Sales Executive

We are O2’s largest UK partner and an award winning telecommunications business, our teams are passionate about the best customer service and spend their time finding the best communications solutions for businesses nationwide. Our Mid Market Acquisition team target medium and large businesses, taking a consultative sales approach to promote Aerial Direct's products and services through virtual demonstrations and telephone calls. Occasional visits to customer sites may also be required.
What does the role involve?
- Researching potential customers and targeting market sectors
- Building relationships with prospective customers
- Conducting virtual meetings (video and telephone) and value demonstrations throughout the sales process
- Pitching, following up, negotiating and closing potential deals for Mobile customers
- Maintaining records of all sales leads and appointments
- Educating customers on how products and services can benefit them professionally
- Identifying referral opportunities for cross-selling of additional suite of Aerial Direct’s product portfolio
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of mobile products and understanding the wider product set at Aerial Direct
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customers requirements and how Aerial Direct’s products and services and benefit each potential customer
- Managing your own sales pipeline and prospects

- A competitive salary - depending on your experience your basic salary will be £25,000-30,000
- Uncapped commission – our teams have realistic targets and on target earnings of £60,000 but with uncapped commission, the sky is the limit!

What do we look for?
- Driven and determined to succeed
- Strong experience in a sales role ideally within the telecoms or I.T. sector
- Resilient, sales isn’t easy but that’s why the rewards are so great!
- The ability to work accurately under pressure & within strict deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confidence presenting and selling remotely
- Negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to build effective relationships
- A full clean UK driving license (preferable)
- Knowledge of Mobile telecoms (preferable)
