As part of the Academy’s Consulting & Sales team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a motivated team that values and encourages diversified perspectives and ideas to best equip customers with the most innovative and comprehensive courses and educational resources:
Responsibilities:
- Responding to potential leads and research inquiries.
- Becoming an expert on the academy's range of products and services.
- Actively engaging new and existing leads through creative follow-up techniques to generate increased interest and excitement about the academy.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure top-of-funnel acquisition.
- Supporting the inhouse teams to help drive the overall company pipeline.
- Providing timely and accurate front-line support for all prospective customers interested in the academy's products.
- Engaging with prospective customers in real-time via phone or video conferencing.
- Executing outbound campaigns that prioritise a "customer-first" approach to investors, digital industry leaders, and private corporations.
- Ensure timely billing and collection from the new & existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Grit – Ambitious, driven, and fearless in the face of rejection.
- Coachability – A desire to learn about digital industries and continuously improve in a "no-egos" environment.
- Emotional Intelligence – Ability to read emotional cues, understand a customer's needs, and navigate meaningful conversations to provide solutions.
- Customer-Facing Experience – Experience working in a high-volume customer-facing role.
- An Interest in Digital Industries – If you are excited to learn about how industries leverage digital solutions to improve performance, you are in the right place
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- A Track record of success in a lead generation role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level
- 2-5+ years relevant combined industry and consulting experience
- Experience Managing or working with any major CRM software.
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
