As a sales executive, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
【 Responsibilities】
● Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
● Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to communicate with existing or potential clients
● Adjust content of sales presentations by understanding the client needs
● Provide relevant product information by referring to price lists and product information
● Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily client reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses
● Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and marketing techniques
● Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
● Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
● Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reading relevant information online, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and learning from other colleagues in the company
● Provide historical records by maintaining records on client sales and other relevant information
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing relevant results as needed
● Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
● Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
● Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
● Continuously improve through feedback
