Job description
We are looking for experienced powder coating sales individuals who specifically have knowledge of the aluminium and powder coating industry. We are keen to find talented, target driven sales individuals to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who is committed to delivering high quality sales over the phone or in person with a view to maximising our market share.
· Mix of sourcing new customers from your own research and lead generation.
· Architectural aluminium / powder coating industry experience essential.
· Targeting alternative markets
· Good rates of pay for the right candidate.
· Calling potential customers to introduce our services.
· Working all leads in a timely manner.
· Developing customer partnerships
· Positive marketing
· Encouraging the transition from order to continual business relationship.
Role requirements
· B2B outbound sales experience
· The ability to build excellent rapport and self-generate new business through finding your own leads.
· Self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and take ownership to succeed.
· Exceptional communication skills

Salary: From £42,000.00 per year
