Fraud Product Business Analyst
Northampton
As a Barclays Fraud Product Business Analyst you will sit within Fraud Technology (Servicing - Disputes), working as part of a product team to deliver changes to help resolve customer disputes both fraud and non-fraud related. You will work on a daily basis with Products Owners, helping the business to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.

What will you be doing?
• Supporting the Product Owner to maintain a product roadmap, which avoids bottlenecks and conflicting demands
- Sequencing outcomes in order to enable the efficient allocation of resource and realization of benefits
- Communicating clearly detailed project requirements, controlling scope, tracking changes and reviewing deliverables meet requirements
- Interacting with stakeholders from multiple disciplines both internal and external utilising excellent communication skills
- Working to develop custom business solutions and finding ways to quickly identify and resolve problems and move toward a project’s successful completion
- Providing information to Product Owners, Product Managers or Senior Stakeholders and business to make well informed decisions
- Consulting and advising management and developers, providing sound judgment in a wide variety of business matters
- Assessing situations, receiving input from stakeholders, and recommending a course of action
• Ability to grasp technical design and employ excellent analytical skills with a data driven approach
- Ability to document the requirements for the engineering team to deliver to the business need and keeping close track of changes to original scope
- Experience of stakeholder management, maintaining good relationships internally and with external partners
- Attention to detail in understanding business need, excellent interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in Agile ways of working, including using Jira
- Knowledge of disputes and chargebacks processes
- Experience with Pega platform and/or Smart Disputes software
- Knowledge of Fraud Technology Servicing and Dispute Case Management
Where will you be working?
Northampton was the birthplace of Barclaycard in 1966 and we've been based in Pavilion Drive since the building opened in 1997.
We purchased the building from the landlord in early 2018 as a sign of our commitment to investment in Northampton. Plans to further develop this Campus-style location are under way to allow for a real collaborative work environment. Based just off the A45 it is easily accessible by both car and bus routes.
