The purpose of this job is to deal with European customer enquiries engaging with the customer in their native language and maintaining excellent customer service and focus. The job involves a lot of interaction with people, both the general public and colleagues and that is the core part of the role but additionally, supporting process and administration within the department is also a key part of the role, with a continuous improvement mind-set.
Responsibilities:
- Provide help to customers by offering advice whenever necessary
- Dealing with enquiries and call backs via telephone, email and live chat
- Dealing with web refunds and exchanges
- Checking for fraudulent activity where applicable
- Acting as a facilitator to resolve customer disputes
- Back order fulfillment
- Coordinate with other departments to solve queries and find solutions for issues
- Coordinate and process customer orders as well as online tracking information
- Advise on product information
Skills:
- Angling experience/knowledge desirable but not essential
- You must possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.
- Previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain positive disposition and be effective at work even when under pressure.
- Ability to be patient with customer no matter how difficult they might be.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluent in English as well as German language – verbal and written
- Additional laungauges including French or Dutch would be beneficial but not essential
- Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
