3-1-5 Health Club are looking to recruit an Front of House Reception Team Member/s. Could you be just what we are looking for??

You will need to be confident, enthusiastic, driven and most importantly professional.

Key Tasks: To assist in the running of our very busy reception area, dealing with queries, showing potential members around the club, signing members up, dealing with existing memberships and light cleaning duties.

As an integral member of the team you will multi-task; plan ahead and communicate well at all times to show that you understand the importance of your role, along with the concept that reception is the hub that consistently supports a clean, friendly, safe and commercially successful Health Club.

Key Requirements: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential as you will deal with enquiries via e-mail, face to face and over the telephone. So, your ability to positively engage with people is vital.

You will need to be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team and also be able to use your initiative at times.

A passion for the Industry would also be an advantage but full training will be given.

Job Type / Category

This would be a permanent position, and will involve working a mixture of shifts. Shifts include:

• 2pm - 10.15pm
• 4pm - 9pm
• 5.30am - 2pm (may be required on occassion)
• 9am - 5.30pm(may be required on occassion)

Other shifts may also be required.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Some customer service and / or sales experience is a necessity.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

Salary: £7.00-£11.46 per hour
