We supply plastic storage boxes to many big name retailers such as Amazon, B and M and Homebase.
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Purchasing Admin / Order Processor to join us to play a key role in supporting our Sales & purchasing Team, with the accurate input of sales orders onto our in-house software system, SAP and customers systems
Skills & Experience Required:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Previous experience (2-3 years) of order processing / data inputting / sales admin
- Computer literate
- Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication
- Flexible, courteous, friendly, and positive approach
- Used to working in an open plan office.
Key Responsibilities of the Order Processor Admin support :
- Entering orders directly onto software systems
- Process order amendments
- Checking orders on the system frequently to ensure prompt dispatch.
- Re-date orders if required.
- Communicating and liaising with various departments in the company to ensure orders are dealt with efficiently and accurately.
- Administratively supporting the sales and purchasing
- Dealing with enquiries for the department
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £23,000.00 per year
