Lifestyle Property People is a leading property investment company that helps London investors build portfolios in the buoyant Yorkshire Property market.
Due to our continued business growth, we are looking for a motivated and organised PROPERTY SALES PROGRESSOR to join our Delivery Team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a background in Estate Agency is preferred.
Key Deliverables:
· Ensure the average delivery timeline from Sale Agreed to Service Completion is less than 25 weeks (for 80% of properties)
· Respond to client and partner communications within 4 business hours and ensure clients are updated at least once per week
Role Responsibilities:
· Build relationships with clients and help them navigate our service
· Ensure the smooth running of the Delivery process
· Ensure the progression boards (daily), client files (weekly), metrics spreadsheet (weekly), referrals spreadsheet (monthly), and property map (monthly) are kept up to date
· Liaise with and be the single point of contact for the team, clients and partners
· Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure an efficient service
· Escalate client issues and complaints to the Delivery Manager
Example Tasks
· Sending out Engagement packs to new clients
· Requesting documents from clients and carrying out Money Laundering checks
· Getting regular updates from partners (solicitors, mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, surveyors, estate agents and letting agents) and liaising with the team to provide responses to queries
· Liaising with and keeping clients up to date on progress including answering any questions they have throughout the process
· Closing off our service by cross-referencing and updating documents and spreadsheet, and ensuring all files are saved and named appropriately
Skills Required:
· Impeccable organisation and attention to detail
· Great communication and relationship building skills (via phone, email, and Whatsapp)
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to adapt to different clients
· Logical and pragmatic problem solving skills
· Strong sense of personal responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
· An Under-Promise-Over-Deliver attitude
· Proficient with IT (Microsoft Office, Task Management systems etc.)
Location: Home-based with use of own mobile phone & laptop
