Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales progressor to join our team. The right team member will be a well presented, bright, energetic, organised and proactive individual who is an excellent communicator and has a thorough understanding of the stages of the conveyance process.
Working alongside our existing sales progressors your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to; issuing memorandum of sales, proactively chasing solicitors/mortgage brokers/surveyors and keeping both the seller and purchaser updated, ensuring our system is always up to date with progression notes and dealing with exchanges and completions.
It goes without saying that you must also possess excellent customer service and communication skills, along with the ability to multi-task and keep calm under pressure.
Knightsbridge is one of the leading independent estate agents in Leicester; established in 1998 we now have 3 offices and over 35 members of staff. We are a forward-thinking company with our customers and the community being at the heart of everything we do.
This is a full-time position based at our Wigston office.
Hours of work would be 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday-Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
