About the role
As a Sales Productivity Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring maximum efficiency of the Inside Sales Account Management team. This will involve supporting the achievement of revenue, cost, and business targets. You’ll have a key role in prioritising and providing individual coaching with a focus on pipeline, opportunity management and call quality to drive potential and deliver against required KPI improvement targets.

This is a hybrid model role with a minimum office attendance of 2 days a week with the remainder at home. Your permanent work location will be Motherwell and will require you to live within commuting distance from this office:
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll require the following skills and experience:
- Very strong inter-personal skills with an ability to coach, motivate and develop in a sales environment at both sales and deal level
- Strong matrix worker / influencer with experience of direct and/or indirect sales leadership
- Excellent communication skills across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
- Able to effectively analyse, understand and articulate sales pipeline performance metrics and identify appropriate coaching interventions
- Demonstrated influencing skills with track record of matrix working across virtual teams
- Sales pipeline and KPI analysis and coaching interventions
- Proven track record of consistent delivery against targets and sales KPIs and CI deployment initiatives to improve scorecard measures
- ISP/APS Registered/Certified Sales Professional (desirable or working towards)
- Coaching Certification (desirable/ willing to work towards)
