Job description
- Develop relationships with meat traders to ensure the most cost-effective selling of raw material
- Develop relationships with outside suppliers to ensure the strategic links are in place for sales raw materials
- Develop of new product in accordance with external market requirements
- Maximise profit
- Developing export sales links
- Manage freezer stocks through sales plans in line with group pricing
- To ensure our products meet our customer requirements and ensure 100% service levels to customers.
- Ensure all the paperwork is completed promptly
- Communicate accurately and timely
- Assist with production plan which fulfils customer requirements
- Assist with produce production plans and schedule lines effectively
- Assist with transport scheduling
- Resolution of delivery/quality/pricing issues
- Function coverage to cover holidays and sickness
- To carry out any additional duties that may be reasonably requested by your manager.
- Comply with Company Policy to ensure the adherence on all matters concerning Health and Safety
