We are looking for a Sales Person to help prospective owners see the benefits of holiday home ownership with Lovat Parks at our stunning Green Hill Farm Holiday Village. Set in the New Forest National Park with winding forest trails and expansive heathland, the park offers ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature.
Pay: OTE c.£80,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Live In: Not available with this role
What will you do?
Build relationships with current owners and holiday guests to create sales and part exchange opportunities-
Sell holiday home ownership with professionalism and integrity

Develop leads by assisting with the creation of effective marketing

Ensure appointments and all administrative tasks are kept up to date

Work collaboratively across the park and wider business where required
What are we looking for?
Someone with a proven track record of sales within the holiday home industry. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to build trust, develop leads and the attention to detail to complete sales accurately and in line with our processes. Working in a sales environment that includes challenging targets will be something you thrive on.
