Sales Operations Co-Ordinator - Northampton, UK
Join a dynamic, global leader in guitar amplification design as a Sales Operations Co-Ordinator. We are seeking a passionate, commercially minded individual to impact productivity and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Enhance sales processes and implement new systems within our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Distributors to achieve targets.
- Provide valuable insights through data analytics and reporting.
- Support global sales channels, building key relationships with partners.
- Ensure positive brand perception and uphold sales policies.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in sales administration, reporting, and data analytics.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Desire for continuous professional development.
- Organized, methodical, and able to thrive under pressure.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred (but not essential):
- Degree/HND level qualification or above.
- Experience with Business Intelligence software (e.g., Power BI / Tableau).
- Passion for the musical instrument industry.
- Knowledge of international logistics/supply chain processes.
Benefits:
- Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 + Commission + Bonus scheme

- 25 days annual leave (+1 day annually after 2nd work anniversary, up to maximum 30 days)
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional flexibility for achieving results.
