Outtareach is looking for a Part-time appointment coordinator to join our team in Coventry. We are a business that is focused on providing the best possible customer service and installing new business with the confidence of a long-standing business. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping customers and building relationships, and who has a desire to grow with the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating appointments with schools for new buisness
- Follow up on all appointments and make sure they are on time
- Managing the calendar to make sure all appointments are on time
- Reviewing all work performed by the technicians to ensure that it is up to our standards of excellence.
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred. However, we will train the right person with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and be self-directed is also preferred, but not required. We will teach you everything you need to know about managing your time effectively.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: From £18,000.00 per year
