Caretaker
Working hours: 37 hours per week, various shift patterns Monday to Sunday between 6am to 10pm

- Carrying out day to day maintenance and repair on site
- Undertaking checks and inspections on site
- Ensuring the building is secure to comply with safeguarding measures
- Carrying our porterage duties as required e.g. setting out furniture
- Taking delivery and arrange for the storage of materials, stores and goods
The successful applicant will be required to submit to relevant DBS/PVG background screening before starting in the job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with knowledge of health & safety issues and the need for safe methods of working, together with good customer care skills. You’ll also need a knowledge of COSHH regulations, be able to use lots of initiative and the confidence to work on your own.
