An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Account Executive to work within a fast paced, exciting, fashion eyewear business.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a group of key National and International accounts, working closely with all functions to ensure service levels, strategies and overall budgets are met and exceeded. The successful person will take direct responsibility of several UK and international accounts within a 12–18 month period.

The Sales Operations Executive will:
Develop and maintain strong, collaborative customer relationships and customer focused approach.
Perform account general and specific administrative tasks; collate samples, maintain management sheets, new product set up and bespoke line sheets.
Work closely with the commercial account team to deliver joint business plans and customer KPI’s, whilst providing overall support to the current customer base and new business as and when required.
Actively participate in commercial team meetings and projects.
Monitor and ensure supply chain KPI’s are met in line with customer requirements.
Develop and maintain strong cross functional relationships with all Internal stakeholders & departments internally and across multiple sites including supply and planning, customer service, category marketing, and finance.
Produce and present reports on key customer metrics.
Monitor and identify market trends, making recommendations based on key insights.
Provide account management support spanning; event planning, new launches, delisting and distribution changes.
The role will require overnight stay and international travel.

Experience in:
- Working in a sales or target driven environment is desirable.
- Account administration experience is desirable.
- Evidence of having built strong collaborative relationships with customers/stakeholders.
- Supply and operations experience is desirable.
