Adobe is seeking a Senior Manager to join our global GTM Operations team to drive development of connected planning within the field sales organization. The individual will be responsible for leading a modelling team towards continuous improvement and expansion of the centralized planning models and processes that deliver both adaptability to scale to across all inter-connected planning decisions for the field sales organization, while maintaining flexibility and agility to adapt to new strategic directions. The role will become a critical partner across the many Operations and Finance teams seeking to make data-driven and connected decisions for Sales and the supporting Ecosystem. The Right Profile:

Own the development, implementation, and maintenance of centralized, connected planning models that support Go To Market planning: Headcount, Targets, Segmentation, Territory and Quota.
Lead a team of global modellers that work to support a growing number of business planning workstreams and partners as the central operations of the plan
Identify areas for process improvement and further expansion of the team’s domain to unify Go To Market planning
Work closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful execution of planning, from global modelling through to regional deployment of the plan design What you need to succeed:
Logical Problem Solving: Ability to clarify complex issues into their mechanical components, and develop effective solutions to resolve and automate.
Influencing & Storytelling: Persuasive communication skills to influence teams and present technical topics in a clear and compelling manner.
Domain Experience: Strong knowledge and experience in managing business operations and processes, including planning of headcount, accounts, targets, and quota. Can articulate what a leading class operational set up looks like and the steps to reach it.
Business Intuition: Understanding of the business environment and its dynamics, with the ability to anticipate changes and adapt operations to support business goals. Can recognize the intent behind a business need to deliver what is wanted, not what is asked for
Technical Understanding: Demonstrable expertise in applying technology and architecting data definitions to drive effective operations and collaborate with technical teams.
8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar, with a focus on business planning processes
Academic background in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
