The Role: The Sales Operations Coordinator, EMEA is responsible for providing CRM support to the EMEA Growth and Client Teams at Media.Monks. You will work closely with the Global Sales Operations Manager to support with inbound Lead management, new user onboarding and training, ad hoc reporting/Salesforce projects, and more. You will work with another regional Sales Operations Coordinator to own data quality in Salesforce, ensuring that Account, Contact, and pipeline data in Salesforce is as clean and accurate as possible.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with the io.monks team to work in a Salesforce case queue managing requests from the organization such as Account Creation requests, Account ownership changes, reporting requests, and navigation assistance.
  • Manage Salesforce user requests, system troubleshooting, and system escalations.
  • Perform monthly pipeline and Account audits to ensure Salesforce is the source of truth.
  • Monitor Opportunity lifecycle management by the various Media.Monks teams and identify gaps in data management.
  • Onboard and train new team members onto Salesforce.
  • Proactively ensure we capture the right Data in Salesforce Sales Cloud using Demandbase (or other tools).
  • Maintain and update documentation on sales processes and relevant sales training materials.
  • Assess and learn new technology platforms for use by either the io.monks or Media.Monks Sales teams.
  • Manage queue of inbound Sales/Marketing as well as Partnership Leads, vetting and reassigning to Growth/Client Leads accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • You have a knack for working well with a wide range of people and teams.
  • You have 2+ year of hands-on Sales experience or experience supporting Sales teams.
  • You are interested in Sales Operations and CRM systems.
  • You have Salesforce Sales Cloud Experience or experience on another CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc).
  • You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects.
  • You have a process-oriented mindset and ability to execute.
  • You are extremely detail-oriented and excel in analytics and problem-solving.
